Refund policy

By law, consumers have no right of withdrawal for perishable goods. At HelloBello Tiernahrung GmbH (hereinafter "we"/"us"), perishable goods include all fresh food products available for purchase.

All other HelloBello products available for purchase are subject to the right of withdrawal. This includes all products in the "Snacks with a Purpose" and "Treats" segments. The following points B and C therefore only concern withdrawal from the purchase contract for these products.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.

By law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the concluded purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We voluntarily extend this period by a further 46 days, so that the total period is 60 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). The attached model withdrawal form may be used for this purpose, but is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

C) Consequences of withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws from the purchase contract, we will refund all payments we have received from the consumer, including any delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the consumer; in no case will the consumer be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. Products in long-life packaging can only be returned and refunded unopened.

The goods must be returned or handed over to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which notification of the withdrawal from the purchase contract was given. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the period expires. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

The consumer only has to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, properties and functioning.
