Terms and conditions of participation
for the giveaway "Win 1 month of HelloBello for free"
Organiser:

Giveaway period:
19 September 2026, from 1:00 pm to 11:59 pm
The giveaway takes place as part of the Hundsgut Summer Games on 19 September 2026 .
1. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who, at the time of participation:
- have reached the age of 18,
- are resident in Austria,
- have completely filled in and submitted the participation form.
Employees of HelloBello Tiernahrung GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participation is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
2. Participation
Participation takes place via the online participation form, which can be accessed via the QR code provided at the HelloBello stand at the Hundsgut Summer Games.
The following information is required to participate:
- First name
- Dog's name
- valid email address
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be excluded from the draw.
Participation is reserved exclusively for natural persons. Participation via automated services, bots or giveaway agencies is not permitted.
3. Prize
The following prize will be drawn among all valid entries:
1 month's supply of freshly cooked HelloBello dog food, individually tailored to the dog's needs.
The exact size of the monthly supply depends in particular on the dog's individually calculated food requirements.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged for other goods.
To redeem the prize, the information about the dog required to create the individual HelloBello meal plan must be provided.
4. Conduct of the draw
The winner will be drawn on 21 September 2026 by a random selection process among all valid entries.
Recourse to the courts with regard to the conduct of the draw and the selection of the winner is excluded.
5. Notification of the winner
The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided when entering.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim to the prize lapses. In this case HelloBello is entitled to draw a new winner.
6. Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be processed by

exclusively for conducting and processing the giveaway, unless further consent has been given.
This includes in particular:
- receiving and checking entries,
- conducting the draw,
- contacting the winner,
- processing and providing the prize.
The data collected purely for participation in the giveaway will be deleted after the giveaway has ended and any statutory retention periods have expired, unless there is another legal basis for further processing.

7. HelloBello marketing consent
If the participant has given express consent in the participation form by ticking a separate checkbox, HelloBello may use the email address provided in particular for the following purposes:
- sending the HelloBello newsletter,
- information about products, offers and promotions,
- information and tips about dogs and dog nutrition.
The marketing consent is voluntary and not a prerequisite for taking part in the giveaway. Not giving consent has no influence on the chance of winning.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future, in particular via the unsubscribe link in every marketing email or by email to support@hellobello.at.
The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal.
8. Liability
HelloBello accepts no liability for technical faults, failures or other technical problems that impair or prevent participation in the giveaway, unless HelloBello is responsible for them.
HelloBello is only liable in connection with the prize to the extent provided by law.
9. Exclusion of participants
HelloBello reserves the right to exclude persons from the giveaway if there is a justified suspicion of manipulation, multiple entries, false information or any other breach of these terms and conditions of participation.
In these cases, a prize already awarded may be withdrawn retrospectively.
10. Amendment or early termination
HelloBello reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the giveaway early for good cause if proper conduct of the giveaway can no longer be guaranteed.
This applies in particular in the event of technical faults, attempts at manipulation or circumstances beyond HelloBello's control.
11. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
